This book caught me by surprise. I only downloaded it because it was free but it definitely was better than I expected it to be. It was a relatively quick read; I thought I was going to be bored to death and forced to finish it. That was not the case at all. The Ivy is about Callie's first semester at Harvard. Since she went to public school in an unknown city in California, she was basically thrown to the wolves. Thank goodness her roommates, Vanessa & Mimi, were there to save her. But as the weeks roll by, she realizes social status and academic greatness go hand in hand at Harvard. There's boy drama and girl drama and social club drama but no drama with grades. LOL I hate that it ended with an actual cliffhanger and many unanswered questions with the reader. However, I suppose that's the point, to get the reader to continue the series...which I shall do!
Well I feel like such a lame friend! I had no idea you were still blogging. Haha duh! This sounds like an interesting read. I don't know if I'd like all the drama! But I love quick reads. It's like sitcoms.
