Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

OMG! The series gets even better. I expected a lot after the previous book in the series, The Hunger Games. My mind always tries to figure out what's next or what the catch can be in the plot. Not much seems to surprise me and though I knew where the story was heading, how it happened threw me for a loop.
There is another game, the Quarter Quell, in celebration of the 75th Hunger Games. Katniss and her wavering feelings for Peeta and Gale continue. We learn more about Haymitch and how his brain works. We learn about Katniss' mom and a bit of her childhood. I want to talk about specific points in the book but I think whatever I say will ruin it. It is another quick read with lots of anticipation. I can't wait to get through book three, The Mockingjay. However, I will probably be very sad once I'm done.
