Sins of the Father by Angela Benson

3 November 2013: This wasn't the worst book ever but it wasn't anything special either. I won't recommend it to be read. Abraham Martin got 2 women pregnant in his 20's. He married one (Saralyn) and paid the other one (Leah Thomas) off every month. Abraham is now in his 50's and trying to establish relationships with his 2 children he had with Leah. This causes turmoil in his marriage and tests his bond with the on he actually raised named Isaac. The book is predictable as far as how things end up. The situations that arise ate too coincidental to be believable, like a Tyler Perry movie. It holds just enough of your attention despite any character insight. However, it did achieve the goal I had to quickly read something before beginning book 4 of the Game of Thrones series. Lol. I wish I had more to say about this book. It wasn't good but it wasn't bad either.
